A Beef Odyssey  |  Coonawarra Wine Dinner

A night of wine and beef pairing! Garang Grill is a pop up collaboration with SLAKE and NEW UBIN (Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded since inception of Michelin Singapore).

The KATNOOK estate lies on the original plot of Coonawara land cultivated by pioneering winemaker – John Riddoch in 1890 and was “reborn” in the 70s. It is one of just 53 wines in the ‘Outstanding’ category of the Langton’s VI, Classification of AustralianWine and consistently rated 5* by Aussie Wine Critic James Halliday. The ODYSSEY is the limited release Cabernet from Katnook and ranks among the “First Growths” of Coonawarra, which is Australia’s answer to Bordeaux with similar climate and soil. It is also no wonder that the ODYSSEY retails (even online) above $100 , punching its weight like a classed growth Bordeaux.
